Privacy policy

• Data you send us through the contact and audit forms: name, company, phone, email, message.
• Minimal technical data needed to run the website.

• To answer your requests and prepare quotes.
• To contact you following an audit or contact request.

• Contact and audit forms: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For the technical processing of messages sent through the form we rely on providers acting as processors, on the basis of instructions and data processing agreements:

• the website hosting provider;
• the email service provider through which we receive and manage messages.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Form messages: we keep them as long as necessary to respond and to run a possible collaboration, indicatively up to 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete them.
• Technical logs: indicatively 30 days.

On request, we delete the data earlier, to the extent that we have no legal obligation to keep it.

Data sent through the form is processed in the European Union / European Economic Area (EEA) — hosting and the email service run on EU infrastructure. We do not transfer this data outside the EEA.

Exception — Google Analytics: if you accepted analytics (or through the cookieless signals sent in Consent Mode), usage data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA), acting as a processor. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified, and/or on Standard Contractual Clauses. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Essential technologies needed to run the website work without consent. For analytics we use Google Analytics 4 together with Google Consent Mode v2 ("Advanced" mode). By default, before your choice, Analytics runs in cookieless mode: we store no cookies and use no identifiers on your device, but aggregated, cookieless signals (including your IP address, anonymised) are sent to Google for statistical measurement and modelling. Analytics cookies and full measurement are only enabled once you accept. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and Google cookies already set are deleted.
