Why do I not see a table with all the prices?
Because every project is different — an exact price without understanding what you need would be either too high or simply wrong. We give you a range on the spot in the calculator, and the fixed, guaranteed price after a free 15-minute call.
Is payment upfront?
50% at the start, 50% on delivery. For projects over €5,000, in 3 instalments. Nothing is paid before you know exactly what you get and when.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT; VAT is added at invoicing.
What is NOT included?
Third-party costs: paid APIs, hosting, licences. You see them transparently in the proposal, at cost — we do not mark them up.
Is there a mandatory subscription?
No. The monthly retainer and the subscriptions (e.g. for the chatbot) are optional. You can take just the project, once.
