What we do

Everything you need to be digital and compliant

Turnkey e-invoicing

We set up the tax portal account, connect your invoicing software to the e-invoicing system and get you compliant — mandatory, but painless.

Legally required

Electronic signature

We source the right qualified certificate and install/configure it, ready to use for the tax portal, e-invoicing and contracts.

GDPR package for your company

The mandatory documentation, policies, cookie banner and, optionally, an external data protection officer.

Document digitalisation

We scan, index and organise your company's archive — documents findable in seconds, not in binders.

Online payments

We connect a payment processor (Stripe, Netopia, EuPlătesc) to your shop or website, with the fees configured correctly.

EU funding consultancy

We help you see what is eligible under SME digitalisation programmes and deliver the technical part of the funded project.

How it goes

From paper and spreadsheets to a compliant digital system

We take over your documents and current invoicing flow, set up the tax portal account and the electronic signature, connect your invoicing software to the e-invoicing system and check the first invoices sent together with you.

  • Tax portal setup + qualified electronic signature
  • Invoicing software ↔ tax authority connection, tested on a real invoice
  • A short training session so your team stays self-sufficient

FAQ

Digitalisation — frequently asked questions

Is electronic invoicing really mandatory?

Yes — across the EU, mandatory e-invoicing is being rolled out for B2B, B2G and, increasingly, B2C. Non-compliance comes with fines. We get you compliant quickly, usually within a few days.

What does it cost to be compliant with e-invoicing?

From €150 for a complete setup (tax portal account, signature if you do not have one, connection to your invoicing software, training). The exact price depends on the invoicing software you use and how many locations you have — we confirm it after a short conversation.

What do I need in order to issue electronic invoices?

An active tax portal account, a qualified electronic signature and an invoicing program connected to the tax authority system. We configure all of them — including the signature, if you do not have one.

Do I need GDPR if I am a small company?

Yes — GDPR applies to any company processing personal data (customers, employees, suppliers), regardless of size. A small company usually needs basic policies and a processing register; an external data protection officer becomes relevant above a certain volume or risk.

What does "eligible for EU funding" mean?

SME digitalisation programmes offer grants of up to €100,000 per company for digital solutions. Many of our services (e-invoicing, websites, applications, e-commerce) can be part of such a project — we help you see what qualifies.

Do you handle the funding application too, not just the technical part?

We handle the technical part directly — implementing the eligible solutions (e-invoicing, website, applications, document digitalisation). For the funding application itself, we can point you to accredited consultants we work with.

Do you also handle the electronic signature?

Yes. We source the qualified certificate from an accredited provider and install/configure it for you. The certificate is fully tax deductible.

Not compliant with e-invoicing yet? We fix it in a few days.

Tell us which invoicing software you use and we get you sorted with the tax authority — fast, correct, stress-free.
